6. Program Rules:

Customers who purchase 1 bag of Khánh Nguyên 365 Instant Coffee will receive 1 lucky scratch card inside each product bag.

Please scratch off the silver coating to reveal your prize information.

Damaged, erased, or suspected counterfeit cards will not be eligible for redemption.

The validity period for prize redemption is until November 30, 2024.

7. Prize Redemption Instructions:

Customers can redeem winning scratch cards directly at the retail store where the product was purchased.

Please bring the physical scratch card to the store. The company does not accept scratched card images for redemption.

8. Verification Rules for Winning Cards:

Valid scratch cards must have the following dimensions:
7.5 cm (height) × 13.5 cm (width)

Valid cards must be intact, not torn, altered, or erased. The scratched area must clearly show content, and the code must not be scratched or damaged.

The card code consists of 7 random characters, including 4 numbers and 3 letters or characters.

Retail stores collect redeemed cards and return them to distributors.

The company will collect winning cards from distributors for reimbursement. Redeemed cards will no longer be valid.

Total number of scratch cards issued by Khánh Nguyên Co., Ltd. during the promotion period: 7,600 cards.
